The hotel was situated in the central location near to tourist spot in KL. The staff were courteous and polite and made me feel welcome. Exceptionally comfortable bed, the room was outstanding and huge:)))

The location of the hotel is marvelous, close to nearby restaurants, banks, eateries, shopping mall. the breakfast is included in the rate. - Easy access to cafes for dinner orders like fish and chips and chicken chop. - Convenient for exploring the area and getting around.

Nice food. Large bed, clean bathroom and TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the room. Location really close to Qasar Balqis Restaurant, shopping mall, banks, eating places and easy public transport and the banks.

Comfortable room with a choice of 2 single beds or 1 queen size bed, just the perfect size and looked like it was recently renovated 😊.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was close to everything I needed. There was a shopping mall nearby with many choices of food outlets, making it easy for me to satisfy my hunger cravings. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

They were polite and friendly, and always ensured that my requests were met satisfactorily. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were of great quality. I particularly appreciated the comfortable beds, which were either fitted with 2 single beds or a double bed, making it suitable for families as well. Lastly, the breakfast that was included in the rate was a definite highlight. Despite being a 3-star hotel, the breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the quality of the food was impressive.

The staff at De Palma Hotel Ampang, Kuala Lumpur were very friendly and polite. The rooms had Pergo flooring, which made it feel like home. The room service and housekeeping were good, and they made sure all our requests were met. The hotel is also conveniently located near Ampang Point Mall and other shops. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Ampang.
